One rule
Wellness Pallas exists to sell supplements you are allowed to verify. Every batch we sell is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and if you ask for that report, you get it.
Not after you buy. Not in exchange for your email address. You send us the lot number printed on your bottle, and we send you the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
Why this is the rule
Much of this industry asks you to take its word. Proprietary blends hide how much of each ingredient is actually in the capsule. Confident claims arrive with no measurement behind them. Laboratory testing costs money that is easier to spend on advertising.
We cannot change how the industry works. We can decide that anyone who asks a direct question about what is inside our products gets a direct answer, backed by a document we did not write ourselves.
What we do not do
- We do not use proprietary blends that hide individual ingredient doses.
- We do not have a medical advisory board, and we are not going to invent one. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
- We do not claim our products treat, prevent, or cure any condition.
- We do not publish before-and-after photographs or promise anyone a result.
Where our products come from
Our products are manufactured and shipped from facilities in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only, and orders usually arrive 3–8 business days after processing.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is simply not right for you, our return policy is 30 days and we do not make it difficult.
