These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wellnesspallas.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Wellness Pallas. The Site is operated by PALLAS LLC, doing business as Wellness Pallas (“Wellness Pallas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our other posted policies.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information and to keep it updated.

2. Products and health information

We sell dietary supplements and related wellness products. Product descriptions, ingredient information, suggested use, warnings, and images are provided for general information. Always read the product label before use and follow its directions.

Content on the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional before using a supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, planning a medical procedure, have a medical condition, or have concerns about ingredients or interactions. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Product information and availability

We try to present product information accurately, but packaging, color, ingredients, specifications, and availability may change. Information on the physical product label takes priority over general Site content. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other fees, when applicable, are shown at checkout or may be assessed by local authorities as described in our Shipping Policy. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party warehouses or suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without authorization, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, violate another person’s rights, or use our products for an unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, and original media—are owned by or licensed to PALLAS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting Wellness Pallas. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, shipping, and fulfillment services. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, that every product will be suitable for every person, or that use of a product will produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PALLAS LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PALLAS LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that data may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for material misuse or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. These Terms do not deprive consumers of non-waivable protections in their country or state of residence.

16. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced here constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning use of the Site and purchases from us.
