Our Lab Reports
Every batch we sell is tested by a third-party laboratory. If you want to see the report for the bottle in your hand, ask us and we will send it.
How to get the report for your bottle
Find the lot number printed on your label, then email wellnesspallas@gmail.com with that number and the product name. We will reply with the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
You do not need to have bought anything, and you do not need to join a mailing list. If you are deciding whether to order, ask for the current batch report first.
What a Certificate of Analysis actually tells you
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a laboratory document that reports what an independent lab measured in a specific production batch. A useful COA shows:
- Identity — confirmation that the ingredient is what the label says it is
- Potency — the measured amount of the active ingredient, which can be compared against the label
- Heavy metals — lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, measured against safety limits
- Microbiology — tests for bacteria, yeast and mould
- Batch and date — the specific lot the results belong to
A report that covers one batch is meaningful. A generic certificate with no lot number is not, and we would not consider that adequate for our own products.
Why we do this
Most supplement labels ask you to take their word for it. Proprietary blends hide how much of each ingredient is actually in the capsule. Marketing claims arrive without any measurement behind them.
We cannot change how the industry works. We can decide that anyone who asks us a direct question about what is in our products gets a direct answer, backed by a document we did not write ourselves.
